  The food is decent and the beer is cheap, but the service is absolutely horrendous! We often sit on the patio as we had kinda of become regulars, and time and time again, we felt forgotten about. Yesterday we stopped in around 4, we were greeted promptly, our drink order was taken and arrived in a timely manner, no menu's were offered, after that it was literally 30 minutes before anyone came back, was finally able to flag down the guy who had gotten my drinks, and who was supposedly waiting on me, asked for a menu, then it was literally 30 more minutes, had to wave him down again to put my order in, at this point, the service is so blatantly bad, that my wife and are questioning rather they are trying to tell us the don't want our business...real talk. Anyway, we never saw him again, a young lady was kinda of waiting on us but not really, when it came time to pay the check, again we were on a desert island for about 30 minutes, I had to literally track down the guy who had been waiting on me and ask him what the deal was, he informed that he had been done for awhile and that the young lady was supposed to take care of us, typically in this situation you inform the guest you will no longer be waiting on them and then tell them who will be waiting on you going forward. Anyway, we are very friendly, easy going, hard working people who are almost polite to a fault when we go out, and we are always good tippers, so I can't figure this out for the life of me. We were never once offered an apology. Also, I implore you to keep reading reviews, as you will see the "bad service" problem coming up again and again. We work too hard for our money to be treated like this time and again, so that being said, I will not be spending my hard earned money at this establishment any longer..i hope your experience is better than mine. Perhaps the owners will care enough about these sincere reviews and get to the root of the problem before too many people decide to spend their money elsewhere.

  Took our boat out with friends on Lake Eustis and researched where we could stop to eat. It was a Saturday so I expected more people on the lake and at Gators. Neither was the case.
  
  Plenty of dock space to park the boat. No signage from the lake so phone GPS gave us general marker. We sat outside.As with other comments one waitress covered all the tables. Took 5 plus minutes to get her to take our drink order. Then another 5 plus minutes to bring 2 beers, 1 soda and 2 lemonades. Moving on we placed food order...to the waitress who didn't write down the order. No fear, it came out correctly 20 minutes later. Two burgers, catfish platter and turkey wrap. All reported food was good. Fries were really salty and a bit "flimsy".
  
  Hey, live entertainment with a guy playing guitar and signing. While he was good, it was too loud and made having a conversation almost impossible. Overall, 3 star experience and I'd go here again if we were looking for food while out on Lake Eustis.
